Our latest SMD line is more efficient, more accurate and more flexible. The line is configured with; an ASM DEK NeoHorizon 03 ix with Hawkeye paste inspection, three ASM D Series SiPlace Pick and Place robots, an Ersa Hotflow 3/14E 7 zone reflow oven and Nutek handling throughout.
This investment marks the start of our upgrades to all 4 SMD lines at NOTE Windsor.
Later this month we will also install a brand new additional ERSA Selective Solder line, doubling our capacity in through hole.
All of which demonstrates our long-term commitment to our customers.
