Meet the Team

Karen has over 20 years’ experience within the electronics industry starting her career within distribution at Macro SEI.   Karen joined NOTE Windsor Ltd in 2007 gaining experience in various departments within the company including working for group who are based in Sweden before returning to NOTE Windsor as Managing Director.

Outside of work, Karen enjoys football and rugby union, although currently being a fan is more frustrating than fun.  Karen is also a keen, albeit amateur golfer and spends most of her weekends out on a course trying to reduce her handicap.

Andy has over 30 years experience working with leading-edge technology companies in electronics manufacturing.  His strong engineering background provides a solid platform to support customers with developing sustainable supply chain and manufacturing solutions to meet their technical and commercial requirements.

He has held senior roles within the Capital Equipment and EMS sectors focusing on marketing, business development and sales management.  His market experience includes operating in high-tech electronics manufacturing across diverse markets including Communications, Test Instrumentation, Transportation, Industrial, Security, Medtech and High-end consumer.

Outside of work Andy volunteers on the leadership team in the local church. He has a keen interest in game design when not playing bass guitar, or enjoying photography.

Paul has almost 30 years proven sales experience within the electronics industry. Prior to joining us, his previous positions have included technical and commercial roles within global semiconductor suppliers and local distribution.

Paul brings experience of key customer management and new opportunity development, both of which serve him well for the role within NOTE Windsor.

His hobbies include 5-a-side football, golf and annoying the family with his guitar playing.

Sophie has been working in the electronics industry since 2007. She started off working for Samsung Electronics until the business sector was relocated to Frankfurt in 2010. She then joined MSC Gleichmann UK Ltd where she worked for four years until moving to Future electronics in 2014, before joining Speedboard in 2017.

Outside of work, she can be found listening to an audio book and working away on one of her many craft projects.

Paula has a wealth of experience in Finance roles across a variety of industries, having started her career in banking, then moving to SMEs and global organisations in Service and Manufacturing industries. Prior to joining Speedboard in 2014, Paula spent seven years with InHealth Ltd as Finance Manager.

Outside of work, Paula enjoys lots of outdoor activities including snowboarding and scuba diving and is qualified to dive to 30M. One of her more memorable experiences was coming face to face with a Whale Shark in the Maldives!

A keen walker, Paula took part in the Thames Path Challenge in 2019 raising money for Macmillan and in 2017, power walked 15 miles in Walk the Walk’s London Moonwalk fundraising for Breast Cancer, these are both charities close to Paula’s heart.

Neville left school at 16 years old and joined a Gloucester based CEM and where he gained operational experience in roles including SMT machine Operator to Quality Management. Neville helped to build the company and worked on introducing a lean manufacturing culture. In 2014, he joined NOTE Stonehouse as Engineering Manager, taking on the responsibility for Quality within 3 months of joining. In 2016, Neville was appointed Managing Director.

Neville is married with 3 children. In between working and family life, he has also obtained his blue belt in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu.

Tracey began her career in CEM in 1990 and gained experience in most departments at Proqual Ltd before settling in Purchasing.  Upon Proqual’s takeover by NOTE in 2008, Tracey took on the Key Account Manager role alongside heading up the Purchasing team.

Tracey is married with 2 teenage sons and when she is not acting as a taxi driver or stood on the side of a football pitch, she enjoys playing netball and socialising with friends and family.
