In this Spring 2018 edition of our newsletter, the cover story talks about our recent customer survey, where we engaged with an independent consultant to use the Net Promoter Score, which is a tool that can be used to gauge the loyalty of a company’s customer relationships. We are very pleased with our NPS of 63%.
